DNP Photo Imaging America Corp.
Merges with DNP IMS America Corp.

Concord, NC October 1, 2011. DNP Photo Imaging America Corp. (PIA) has merged with DNP IMS America Corp. (IMSA) effective on October 1, 2011. With this merger, PIA, formerly a subsidiary of IMSA, has ceased to exist as a separate business entity.

The merger between PIA and IMSA pools the expertise of two firms in an effort to develop streamlined operational efficiencies for greater customer satisfaction. Kazuhiro Kawabata, president of IMSA, stated, “Our focus is always on our customers as we continue to provide quality products and services. Customers can expect to enjoy a full line of dye-sublimation digital imaging systems, professional photo printers, and dye-sublimation media by IMSA.”
