Best Channel Vendor

Mt. Pleasant, PA December 30, 2010 - DNP IMS America Corporation, the global leader of thermal transfer ribbon manufacturing, has been recognized by Business Solutions magazine (BSM) as a Best Channel Vendor for 2011. BSM made this year's winners list more exclusive by selecting only the top 5% vendors compared to the top 15% vendors in previous years.

A total of 11,504 votes were cast from 2,437 verified BSM reseller subscribers. From mid-September through early October, BSM conducted a web-based survey of its VAR subscribers. To ensure the statistical accuracy of this survey, BSM partnered with Penn State University. VAR subscribers were asked to rate their vendor partners in the following seven categories:

Product Features
Product Reliability
Product Innovation
Adequate VAR Margins
